Hampshire has a packed and varied events calendar. Whether you’re attending one of these events yourself, entertaining clients or simply looking for something to do in your down time, there’s plenty to choose from.

Tall ships, spectacular boats, trade stands and excellent corporate hospitality makes the annual Southampton Boat Show a day out to remember. Also taking place on the water, Cowes Week, offers a fantastic opportunity for experts and complete beginners alike to go sailing. With plenty of shoreside entertainment and events, it’s perfect for entertaining guests and team building.

Focusing on another form of transport, the acclaimed Farnborough Airshow takes place every two years and has a whole host of events for the trade and the public.

Professional football is played at Portsmouth Football Club and Southampton Football Club, and Hampshire Cricket at the stunning Rose Bowl, which also plays host to international rock and pop acts.

Goodwood is just over the border in West Sussex, and hosts such fixtures in the social calendar as the Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood and the Goodwood Revival.

The New Forest Show attracts over ninety thousand visitors each year who flock to one of the largest and arguably the best agricultural show in the country.

For Gourmands the Hampshire Food Festival takes place every July and is a celebration of local produce, eateries and producers.
